Our team at Rose Construction is dedicated to making sure your project is done right, within budget, and most of all, exceeds your expectations. We are located in Midland and provide an array of services from standard maintenance such as a roof or siding replacement and repair, to complete new builds/remodels. We specialize in being able model a complete custom build from the ground up using 3D software, allowing you to customize every aspect of your home or building. If you want something done right, you want it done by Rose Construction.

The team at Rose Construction takes pride in our work. We want to ensure any job that is performed, is done properly the first time. We only use high quality products and follow the specified manufacturers installation recommendations when applicable.
Rose Construction is licensed and carries liability/workman's compensation insurance coverage on all employees.

Residential construction and carpentry is where we started. This is where we laid our groundwork that has allowed us to grow into who we are today. As we continue to grow and take on larger commercial projects, we will never lose sight of where we started. We will always have core teams focused on all aspects of residential construction.

What We do
Our Projects
Our projects currently have a wide range of applications. We are currently working on a few bathroom remodels, constructing a commercial 30'x80' building, have several roof jobs in process, a complete home remodel from a flood loss, as well as building an addition onto a customers house.
